Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all mobile spray tan appointments booked with Sunkissed Mobile Spray Tanning (“Sunkissed”, “we”, “us”). By booking an appointment you agree to the terms below.

Bookings

Appointments are confirmed by WhatsApp, phone or text once a time, date and address have been agreed. The agreed price and any travel supplement will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move an appointment. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for standard appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows for large bridal/group bookings may forfeit any deposit taken.

Payment

Payment is taken at the appointment by cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. Deposits, where required for group or wedding bookings, are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled date with reasonable notice.

Patch test & suitability

If you have not had a spray tan before, or you have sensitive skin, please request a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment. You must tell us about any skin conditions, allergies, recent treatments, medication or pregnancy that could affect the treatment. We reserve the right not to perform a treatment if we believe it is unsafe to do so.

Preparation & aftercare

The quality and longevity of your tan depends on how well you prepare your skin and follow our aftercare advice. We are not responsible for poor results caused by failure to follow the preparation and aftercare guidance provided.

Liability

Sunkissed is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment. We accept no liability for damage to clothing, bedding or soft furnishings caused by the cosmetic guide colour transferring before it has been rinsed — please follow the aftercare advice provided.

Complaints

If you are not happy with any part of your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can put things right. Most issues are caused by preparation, aftercare or colour selection and can be resolved quickly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
